The goal is to build a strong body, a quieter mind and a lighter spirit.


Jane works with clients who are transitioning into or in retirement, helping them to build consistent yoga and mindfulness practices and develop healthy lifestyle routines and habits to support this life transition.

Jane O'Malley is a 500-hr yoga and mindfulness instructor, as well as a retired Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine.


My passion is to bring together a community of like-minded souls who want to create a mindful retirement. That means examining your situation, becoming conscious about your choices, taking a good look at who and where you are and where and how you want your life to be. It's about taking action. This is an exciting time.

This can, however, be a challenging time for relationships, changing routines and aging bodies, issues around self-worth, feelings of vulnerability, and worries about the future.

This is a journey, not the end of the road. Let's learn and share along the way.
