will change the way you look at yourself and your retirement time.
ALIGNING WITH BELIEFS AND PURPOSE:Taking a good look at what makes you tick and what you believe about the world around you so that you can connect with your purpose and true value.
• One (1) Kick start call (vision, mindset and goals)
• Two (2) one-on-one coaching sessions. These can be
broken up as you like into either 2 - 1hr sessions or 4 - 30minute sessions
• Daily support and accountability every weekday via e-mail, text, DM, phone, Voxer to answer questions, explore progress, deal with anything that comes up
• Access to recordings of live sessions
• At the end of the program 2 recorded led versions of your practice: 1 - 15-20 minute version and 1 - full version, for you to continue to practice with
• Special rates for other programs with Jane O’Malley Yoga
• Full access to Signature Program modules (3) in the membership area
